EU Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

Our products are digital software products supplied electronically. Before completing your purchase and receiving immediate access to the software, license, download, or activation, you may be asked to expressly request immediate access to the digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.

By giving this consent and acknowledging that the supply of the digital content starts immediately, you agree that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content, software license, download, or activation has been made available to you.

If you have not requested immediate access to the digital content, or if the digital content has not yet been supplied, you may submit a withdrawal request within the applicable withdrawal period.
