Refund policy

We offer 15-day fully-functional, free trials on all of our Plugins so you can test them before purchasing and ensure you are satisfied with your choice.

Nevertheless, you may request a full refund on your purchase before you deposit (activate) the plugin license, provided that you request the refund within 15 days of the initial purchase date by contacting us via our support form.

Each purchased license is personal and tied to your Nembrini Audio account. Licenses may be transferred to another user upon request, subject to our approval and payment of a transfer fee of USD $20 per license, to be paid by the buyer.
License transfers must be requested by opening a support ticket specifying:

• the licenses to be transferred,

• the seller’s registered email, and

• the buyer’s registered email.

Licenses obtained through unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces are not eligible for transfer.
